Robert Dwight Phillips, 86, died Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at his home. Bob was born in St. Louis, Missouri and came to Titusville in 1970 from Maplewood, Missouri to manage Miracle City Mall. He served in the U.S. Air Force for 2 years and seven years in the reserves. Bob was a Certified Shopping Center Manager and owned and operated Center Business where he managed numerous retail locations.

Bob was an avid sports fan. His favorite teams were the Missouri Tigers (University of Missouri), which is where he received his Bachelor’s degree in journalism and met his beloved wife, MaraLee.  Another favorite, the Cardinals ( where he was an original member of the knot-hole gang). He also loved to play tennis, golf and racquetball.

Bob is survived by his wife of 64 years MaraLee Phillips; his daughter Leslie Lee and her husband Michael of Titusville; grandchildren Wesley, Alex, Fels, Stacey, Robbie, Michael Jr., Laura, and April; his niece Judy Lewin of St. Louis and eleven great-grandchildren.

Bob was preceded by his son Robert D. Phillips, Jr.
