Troy Tyner

Troy P. Tyner, 78, of Titusville went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 while surrounded by his loving family. Born on May 14, 1940 in Tampa, FL to the late Mary and Archibald Tyner, Troy served our nation with great honor in the US Air Force. Troy was a member of Faith Baptist Church and worked at the space center for many years on the Apollo and Shuttle programs.  He retired in 1995. Troy enjoyed sailing and watching shows on the Discovery channel. But most of all he enjoyed his time as a loving husband, father and friend to all he knew. Troy will be greatly missed by his beloved wife of 55 years, Connie; son Matt Tyner; sister Gay Lester; niece Carol Lester and nephews Adam and Scott Lester.  Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 11AM at Faith Baptist Church with burial to follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Monday from 6-8PM at North Brevard Funeral Home. Memorial Contributions may be made in Troy’s name to Wounded Warrior Project.
