Timothy Justice

Timothy James Justice, 34, passed away Tuesday May 8, 2018. He was born in Homestead, FL on May 31,1983 and was lifelong resident of Brevard County, Timothy was a talented artist. He graduated from the International Academy of Design and Technology and was a Graphic Designer at Kendal Signs in Rockledge.  He loved being outside, especially the beach and the mountains of New Mexico. Timothy was an avid skateboarder growing up and shared that passion with his son Connor since he was 3 years old. He also loved Salsa and Mexican food.

Timothy is survived by his fiancé, Heather Sevin; his son, Connor James; his mom and step-dad, Daphne and Joel Charvet; his dad and step-mom, James and Carole Justice; siblings, Matthew and Cristina Justice, Faith, Corrinne, and Autumn Charvet; niece Kylah; grandparents, Manuel and Candie Martinez, Bob and Colette Justice,  Carole and Jack Murphy, Jo Charvet and Greg and Patricia White; Heather’s parents and sister, Harry, Lyn, and Lauren Sevin; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 1-2pm Wednesday May 16th at Calvary Chapel in Merritt Island. A Celebration of Timothy’s life will follow at 2pm.
