Thomas Rucci

Thomas Daniel Rucci, 71, of Mims died Wednesday November 1, 2017. Thomas was born in Newark, NJ and came to Brevard in 1968 to work at NASA on the manned space program. Thomas retired in 2008 after 40 years of service as an Engineer and Launch Site Manager. Thomas coached for the Indian River Little League and volunteered with Hospice of St. Francis.

Thomas is survived by his wife of 26 years Janet; his sons Daniel Rucci of Orlando, David Rucci and his wife Katherine of Ocoee, FL and his step-son Robert Mathias of Leesburg; his granddaughter Danielle of Orlando and his sister Barbara Rucci of Toms River, New Jersey.

A mass will be celebrated at 10am Monday November 6, 2017 at Blessed Sacrament Church in Cocoa.
