Richard Charles Foster

Richard Charles Foster, 59, died Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at Parrish Medical Center. Rick was born in Sanford Maine and retired to Titusville in 2015. Richard worked as a Heating and Air Conditioning Technician for Dowling, Inc in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Rick loved cars and completed a full restoration on his 1977 Trans Am after brining it home in boxes.

Rick is survived by his wife of 31 years Darlene Southers-Foster; his sons Dean Tardiff and Mathew Kilgore; his daughter Shanna Zerveskes; and his grandchildren Savannah Tardiff and Richard Kilgore.
