Paul Alwine

June 28, 1942 ~ September 7, 2017 (age 75) 75 Years Old

Warren Paul Alwine passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2017.  He was born on June 28, 1942, in Olympia, Washington.  He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Jan, his children, Derek Alwine and Renee Linder, and stepson, Brad O’Neil, 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and 3 brothers, Richard, Cabot and Charles.  His parents and grandparents predeceased him.

 

Paul received a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a major in Operations Control and Operations Research from Eastern Washington State University and a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Puget Sound. Paul proudly served in the U.S. Navy and later the Naval Reserve.

 

During his career, Paul was a Director of Business Development and Vice President at major organizations, such as Boeing, United Airlines, Bionetics, and Northrop Grumman.  In that capacity, he developed strategic marketing plans and managedthe implementation of five-year plans which impressivelyincreased revenue. He subsequently directed worldwide,multimillion dollar bids in competition for government contracts-particularly in the Middle Eastern areas.  As a result, he traveled the world assessing contract locations, developing programs, and managing personnel in the mid-east, Europe, and Asia.

 

In 2006, he formed his own company, Allied Technical Corporation. As Allied Technical President, he continued to compete and win several major US governmental contracts in foreign countries.

 

On behalf of Paul, we will hold a mass on Saturday, September 16, 2017, at 10 a.m. at St. Teresa Catholic Church located at 203 Ojibway Avenue in Titusville, Florida.  A reception willimmediately follow thereafter with the location to be announced at the mass.  In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations in his name to the National Heart Association(reference: https://donatenow.heart.org).
