Patricia Ann Monfet

Patricia Ann Monfet, 71, died Saturday, November 28, 2020 at the Edward M. Poe Hospice Care Center in Titusville, Florida. Pat was born in Worcester, Massachusetts to Walter and Lillian Kelly. A proud alumna of Elms College and Assumption College, she came to Brevard County in 2008 from Chester, New Hampshire. 

During her life, Pat was a social worker at several health care facilities including Worcester County Hospital, Mt. Carmel Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Manchester, NH, and SunBridge Care and Rehabilitation in Exeter, NH. In Brevard, she was the coordinator of the Full Circle program at Brevard Community College (now Eastern Florida State College). 

Pat was fiercely proud of her Irish heritage. She loved theatre, listening to the music of Earth, Wind & Fire, crocheting, and traveling. Pat had a wicked sense of humor and was well-known for her ability to bring a bit of levity to any situation. 

Pat’s family was her entire world. She is survived by her daughter Katelyn Monfet of Port St. John, daughter Kimberly Logie and son-in-law Andrew of Aberdeen, Scotland, and granddaughter Grace Logie, who was the light of her life.

She leaves her beloved sister Elizabeth Mikitarian, brother-in-law George, and devoted nephew Mickey, all of Titusville; her lifelong friends Bobby and Jeannine; and her granddog, Bacon.

At Pat’s request, no services will be held. In lieu of flowers, Pat’s family asks that donations be sent to St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital on her behalf.
