Patricia Ann Casper (Collins) 68 of Titusville, devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend entered Heaven on Monday February 22, 2021; surrounded by her son, daughter, daughter in-law and grandchildren at home.
Born November 9,1952 in Miami, FL to Henry L. and Myrtle Irene Collins (Burkhard), she was the second youngest of 6 children having 2 older brothers, 2 older sisters and a younger brother. She is survived by her son Daniel (Melanie), daughter Tracy, daughter-in-law Regina, 7 grandchildren and one granddaughter-in-law. Patti was preceded in death by her son Michael in 2015 and her husband Jack in 2018.
Patti was a homemaker for the first part of her life raising 3 children while volunteering at the various schools her children went to before starting her career at Parrish Medical Center where she worked for 20 years. While at Parrish, Patti worked as a unit secretary for various floors in the old hospital and then finishing her career in Quality Resource Management at the new Parrish Medical Center.
Patti enjoyed the simple things in life, from sewing and making clothes for her children, volunteering at various schools, being a grandma to 7 grandkids, volunteering at various Breast Cancer events and walks. After the loss of her husband Jack, Patti volunteered on the Bereavement Committee at Holy Spirit Catholic Church where she was a member for 40 years. Patti always had a smile on her face and was an encouragement to others who were in the battle with cancer, encouraging them to stay strong, keep the Faith and God will see them through the battle. If you are still in the fight, don’t give up, stay strong and keep the Faith!
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in her honor at St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care 1250-B Grumman Place Titusville, Florida 32780 or your favorite Breast Cancer Research Organization.
