Marjorie A Titus

Marjorie Ann (Molly) Titus, born January 23, 1933, finished her earthly journey at home with husband, Bob, on June 29 ,2020. She shared 81 years as friend and a month short of 66 years as wife to the Rev. Dr. Robert E. (Bob)Titus.

Like her husband, Molly was born and raised in Newcomerstown, Ohio, graduated from school there and never looked back as she became Bob's wife and mother to sons, Bob and Alan.

Molly was the glue that held the family together as she and Bob journeyed through his four years of service in the USAF, 12 years of defense industrial work and 38 years of ordained ministry in the United Methodist itinerate ministry.

Molly was the spark of warmth, fun and delight for all who met her, a magnet for little children, and inspiration to many as she coped with 43 years of illness, always responding to the question how are you with, sparkling eyes and the words, "l'm perfect!"

Preceding Molly's death were her father and mother, Cecil and Thelma Beaver, a sister Betty Beaver Mason, and brother Kenny Beaver; all of Newcomerstown, Ohio. Family mourning their loss of Molly are: son, Robert L. Titus, (wife Brenda) of Lakeland, Fl. and grand-daughter, Kali Morgan (Matt) of Roswell, Georgia, and son, Alan L. Titus (wife Marie) of Cross Hill, S.C. and grandsons Jeffrey Titus (Tiffany) and three great grandchildren of Ravenel, S.C. and Matthew Titus (Kayla) and one great grandson Samuel, of Greenwood, S.C.

Interment with a graveside service for the family will be at Oak Hill Burial Park, Lakeland, Fl. with a memorial service with church family and friends later, pending the safety status of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The family asks that any memorial gifts should best be offered to Titusville First United Methodist Church and/or to the St. Francis Hospice program of Titusville.
