Leon W Phillips, Jr, 85, passed away Monday, October 14, 2019 in Titusville, FL. He was born to the late Leon and Mary Phillips, Sr in Marietta, OH. He was a safety engineer.

Leon is survived by his loving wife Dorthy Archer Phillips, son Lee and daughter Kathryn, grandson Jonathan (Sarah) Lamb, great grandchildren; Larkin and Atticus. He was also predeceased by his daughter Rebecca and granddaughter Sarah
