Kody Earl Sanders, 33 of Scottsmoor, Florida entered into heavenly rest on Wednesday June 24, 2020 at his residence in Scottsmoor. Kody was the co-founder and co-manager of Shiloh’s Steak and Seafood Restaurant. But to those who Kody called friends and family, he was so much more. Kody was the biggest personality in the room. He had a heart as big as his infectious smile. He worked hard, played hard, but loved the hardest. Kody never met a stranger and never made an enemy. He spent his life trying to help others. Kody was the best son, brother, nephew, cousin, friend and boss anyone could ask for. In the end Kody’s internal struggles were more than his worldly body could overcome. The only comfort we take now is knowing Kody’s pain is over and he is in God’s arms now and we will see him again some day. Please pray for the Sanders family in this difficult time. We will need the community’s support to get through this difficult time. A native of Titusville, Fl, Kody was born on January 12, 1987. He was the son of Louis and Teresa Sanders of Scottsmoor. He was a member of the Grove Church in Titusville and a member of Masonic Lodge #384 in Titusville.
Kody is survived by his brother and best friend Kyle and sister in-law Christin. In addition he is survived by his very special niece Raleigh. He is also survived by his grandmother Janice Tew and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Kody was predeceased by his paternal grandparents Grady & Wilma Sanders and his maternal grandfather Johnny Tew.
Services will be conducted on Wednesday July 1, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Temple Baptist Church 1400 US 1 in Titusville. Services will be officiated by Rev. Jerry Hanson and and Rev. Paul Ballington.
