John E Boes

John Boes passed away April 7^th, 2021 at his home, surrounded by his family.  He was born to John and Genevieve Boes on March 14^th, 1948 in Washington DC.  John served his country loyally for 22 years in the Air Force as a lead electronics technician on F4 Phantoms.  His love of aviation was extended in his second career as an electrician on the space shuttle where he worked for 21 years.  John always said he lived a dream every day by being around the space program.  He was an avid student of history, particularly the Civil War, and had a strong love for reading.  His family admired him for his wisdom, kindness, friendship and sense of humor.  He was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his wife, three sons, their spouses, six grandchildren, mother, three sisters, and brother.  The family is planning a small memorial service to honor him on April 30^th.  Please leave your condolences for the family at www.northbrevardfuneralhome.com.
