Janice Gail Hackney

Janice Gail Hackney, 65 went to be with her Lord Tuesday, January 12, 2021.  She was born in Cocoa, FL to the late Cyril and Gladys McLendon and was a lifelong Brevard County resident. She enjoyed gardening, reading and spending time with her family.  Janice was a member of First Baptist Church of Aurantia.

Jancie is survived by her loving husband of 46 years Jeff Hackney, daughters Jennifer Kunkle (Dave), Heather Regan (Brian), Vanessa Beecham (Zachary), grandchildren Madeline, Davin, Devin, Isabella, Abigail and Maximus, brother Bill Trudeau, sister Shirley Markland, and brother Michael McLendon and nieces and nephews. 

A viewing will be Saturday from 9 – 10 am with the funeral service to follow at 10 am all at North Brevard Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Wilbanks officiating. Burial will follow in the family plat at LaGrange Cemetery.
