James A Hughes

James Anthony Hughes, 68, peacefully passed away on November 17, 2021 at his home in Mims, FL.  He was born February 23, 1953 to the late James C. Hughes and Patricia Hughes Cording in the small town of Lake City, FL.   Jim (Tony) was a beloved father to Stacey Tosi ~ husband Danny and Kathleen Buckoski ~ husband Joshua.; doting grandfather to Tyler and Kayla Schooler and Daniel Tosi III; and brother to Michael Hughes. 

There are no words to describe the tremendous amount of love he had for his family.  He made sure everyone knew how much he loved them.  His sense of humor and ability to make others laugh was second to none. Jim served the First Baptist Church of Orlando for 34 years.

A celebration of life will be held on December 11, 2021 at 2:00pm at the Holiday Inn located at 4715 Helen Hauser Blvd. Titusville, FL 32780.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks  that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Jim’s name.
