Obituary

Hella Dumonteil, 80, died Friday July 16, 2021 at VITAS Hospice in Rockledge. Hella was born in East Germany before her family escaped to Gottingen, West Germany in 1956. She moved to Canada in 1967 after meeting her husband Pierre in Paris. They relocated to Chicago in 1983 and lived the rest of their lives in Centennial, Colorado. Hella moved to Brevard County last year. She enjoyed Real Estate, tennis, nature, photography, beer, garage and estate sales, and gambling on nickel slot machines.

Hella is survived by her sons Eric Dumonteil an his wife Kelsey of Titusville, FL, Frank Dumonteil and his wife Laurel of Centennial, Colorado, her grandchildren Gabrielle, Madeleine, Dominic, Gianna, Andre and Leah, her great grandson Declan, and her sister Gisela in Bad Nenndorf, Germany. Hella was preceded in death by Pierre in 2010.
