Helen M. Boica

Helen Boica (nee Tarrant) 86 of Titusville, Fl. passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2021.

Born the year 1934 in Jersey City, NJ to parents Francis Patrick Tarrant and Catherine Tarrant (nee Connelly).

Helen is preceded in death by brother Malachy Charles Tarrant, Teaneck, NJ and sister Kathleen Condora, Bayonne, NJ.

Survived by daughters Linda Boica Frank (Bob Frank) Topeka, Kansas, Lois LaConti, North Carolina, Laura Lyons (Ronald Lyons) Titusville, FL, sister Dorothy Davenport (Walt Davenport) Wilmington, NC, brother Brian Tarrant, Belmar, NJ, brother-in-law Raymond Schultz, Wilmington, NC, granddaughters Nicole, Netalia, Nena and Taryn Margaret, 8 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, cousins and many dear friends.

Standing tall at just 4'11", Helen was a warrior having raised her 3 children as a single mom. She was an Astrologer, a ballroom dancer, accomplished oil painter and an Eastern Star. Helen loved the library. You could always find her curled up with a good book and a Mr. Goodbar.

Mom, thank you for loving us, and allowing us to love you back. The world is a better place because you were in it and you will be forever missed.
