Francis Koneski

Francis “Frank” Louis Koneski ,age 83, passed away September 19, 2022 in Titusville, Florida where he lived for the past 30 years. Born on August 9, 1939, to the late Louis and Margaret Koneski.  Father of Todd ( Violetta) Koneski, Diane  Klimasewski, Dawn (Julius) Dorsey. Grandfather of Keisha Newcomb, Jessica & Kaitlyn Koneski,  Shawna Dorsey, Julia Dorsey Gehan,  Alex and Evan Klimasewski, as well as 4 great grandchildren; brother of Marlene Gardner and Arlene (George) Folwell; niece Julie Martusciello and nephew Chris Folwell.

He leaves behind his beloved 4 legged best friend, Tee.

Frank proudly served in the US Air Force, during the Vietnam War, as an aircraft mechanic. He was stationed at McGuire Air Force Base in NJ, as well as Dover Air Force Base in Delaware. Frank retired from Rochester Telephone where he made many life -long friends. Frank was an avid car lover/ collector. Frank was active with the Navy League Cape Canaveral Council, Coast Guard Auxiliary and  volunteered many years with St. Teresa Catholic school. 

Frank enjoyed playing the organ and he spent some time as a DJ. He loved music, dancing, and being the life of the party.

Service will be held on October 3, 2022 at 11am at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery.
