Jennie Evelyn Hill

Jenny “Evelyn” Hill, 85, died Monday July 23, 2018 at Florida Hospital in New Smyrna. She was born in Erwin and grew up in Elizabethton, Tennessee. She came to Titusville in 1959 from Johnson City and has been living in Oak Hill for the last 30 years. Evelyn was a school teacher for Brevard County Schools and taught at Bayview, Riverview, Coquina and Oak Park Elementary Schools during her career. She was a member of First Christian Church and taught Sunday school there. Evelyn loved being a mom, spending time with her friends, shopping, crossword puzzles, reading and boating.

Evelyn is survived by her husband of 52 years Sidney “Hoot” Hill of Oak Hill; son Tony McGlone of Orlando; daughter Lisa Ciaramella and her husband George of Jacksonville; and a special family friend Bob Mantone of Orlando. Evelyn was preceded by her parents Gladys and OK Garland and her grandson Zac Ciaramella.

A visitation will be from 6-8 pm. Thursday, August 16, 2018 at North Brevard Funeral Home. Services will be at 10 am. Friday, August 17^th at First Christian Church, 2880 W Jay Jay Rd Titusville, FL 32796.
