Edna Jones

    Edna L. Jones (Cookie) 72 years old, passed away Monday June 11, 2018. She was born in New Haven, CT on May 4, 1946 to James and Edna Snipes. She attended Wilbur Cross high in Connecticut. She married Ernest Jones October 16, 1980. She worked as a file clerk at the women's center at Yale in New Haven hospital and then when she moved to florida 14 years ago she worked as a file clerk at Hospice of St. Francis as well. 

    She is survived by her son Sean E. Jones (Tamasha); Grandchildren; Shakeele Grandy, Ameisha Jones and Sean A. Jones all of Titusville; Siblings Donna Staggers, Rodney Snipes (Roberta), Jessica Johnson (Andrew) all from Connecticut, Karen James (Willie) from South Carolina and many nieces and nephews.

    She is preceded in death by her husband Ernest Jones, her grandson Anthony Wells Jr, and her siblings James Snipes and Sharon Snipes.

    A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date, family will notify you at that time.

   Edna (Cookie) was a great mom, grandma, mother in law and friend. We will truly miss having you here with us everyday you were a blessing to us all.
