Doris June Stack

Doris June Stack, 84, passed away peacefully on October 24, 2020 at Orlando Regional Medical Center.  She was born in Kingman, Indiana to the late, Sherrill Max and Vera Riley Hutts on January 7, 1936. She woke up every day like the Folgers coffee commercial with a smile on her face and a cup of coffee in her hand because every day was a good day. She was devout in her faith as a Catholic.  She was a life long registered nurse and spent many years taking care of other people and continued as she retired and even when she couldn’t practice anymore.  She loved talking care of people and always gave back with a helping hand whenever and however it was needed. She loved dogs especially the Westies she was blessed to have many. Doris enjoyed traveling abroad to places like Europe. She enjoyed listening to her musically inclined husband, Ronald as he played many instruments that kept her entertained. She supported her boys and loved being involved with their growing families and all the grandchildren they gave her.  In her later years of life she spent them at Titusville Towers and enjoyed bingo and being a friend to all she came in contact with. Doris was a beautiful soul that will be missed by the many that knew her.

Doris June Stack is survived by her four sons, Lonnie Stack (Melissa), Desi Stack (Erin), Mike Stack (Noel) and Jeffrey Stack (Carrie). Grandchildren, Brock, Kira, Matthew, Madison, Joshua, Jacob, Jenna, Colton, and Kyleigh; and two great grandchildren.  She is predeceased by her husband, Ronald J Stack; and her beloved daughter, Jennifer Stack, born in 1970 the precious baby girl she dreamed of having and did for a brief moment of time. 

There are no services planned at this time in Titusville.  There will be a scattering of her ashes in Indiana, among her family on 11/14/20
