Donald Alfred Yoho, 88 died Sunday April 15, 2018 at his home in Port St. John. Don was born in Akron, Ohio. He served in the US Air Force from 1951 to 1955. Don began his professional career in Telecommunications with Ohio Bell which became Southern Bell. He then worked for RCA for over 20 years where he served as an Operations Planner. He came to Brevard County to work at the Space Center with RCA, after which he continued contracts with Lockheed and then United Space Alliance until he retired in 1989. After retirement he volunteered for over 17 years as a driver for Meals on Wheels and worked at Brevard County Schools as a Bus Driver.
Don is survived by his wife of 51 years Bonnie Yoho; his children Jeff Yoho and his wife Elaine of Cocoa, Kathy Yoho of Cocoa, Tom Yoho and his wife Tracy of Titusville, and Edward Yoho of Port St. John; his grandchildren Joshua, Jeremy, Jason, Alanna, Calvin, Samuel, Camille, Robert, Andy, and Holly; his great-grandchildren Maluhia and Jade; and his siblings Evelyn and Robert.
Don was preceded in death by his brother Lester and his grandson Justice.
A memorial service will be celebrated at 12:30pm Friday, April 2018 at North Brevard Funeral Home, followed by a committal service with Military honors at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery at 2pm.
