Dexter W Ellis

Wayne was born in Pell City, Alabama in 1935, served in the Air Force and came to Florida in 1958. He worked in the Space Industry for over 20 years and lived the rest of his life on his boat in Cape Canaveral,sailing and painting. He is survived by his 3 children and 5 grandchildren. Son, Jeffrey Wayne Ellis (Wife Cheryl Ellis and son Heath Ellis), daughter Leigh Ellis (husband Charles Lester and son Drew Montes) and daughter Susie Camposano (husband Dale and son Cole Nixon, daughter Victoria Nixon and daughter Noelle Nixon).

A celbration of Wayne's life will be held in the near future at Port Canaveral Yacht Club.
