Danny L Russ

Danny L. Russ Sr., 74, of Titusville went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 1, 2021 while surrounded by his loving family. Born on September 7, 1946 to the late Jimmie and Betty Russ, Danny served our nation with great honor during the Vietnam War with the U.S Navy. He was honorable discharged in 1967. Danny worked at the Kennedy Space Center for forty-seven years and then ran Fix-it Charlie where he enjoyed serving Christ by helping others with home repairs. Other than his parents, Danny is preceded in death by his daughter Angela Lynn Holloway. He will be greatly missed by his beloved wife of thirty-nine years, Dorothy “Dottie”; daughters Patricia Lynn (Robert) Lee, Edna Rose (Jeffery) Wilson and Linnie Alice LeBlanc; sons Danny Lee (Zugheile) Jr., Christopher Lee and Gabriel Warren Russ; twenty-three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; sister Trina Wray and brothers Joseph Russ, Patrick Rowe and Quinn Rowe. There will be a family visitation from 4:30-5:00 following with a memorial service held on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at Park Avenue Baptist Church.
