Curtis M Wright

On Tuesday, August 24th, 2021 Curtis Michael Wright Sr., loving husband and father of three songs passed away at the age of 75.

Curtis was born on August 20, 1946 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Curtis E. and Myrtice E. Wright (Mills). Curtis joined the United States Navy in August of 1963, where he achieved the rank of E5. Curtis went on to obtain his pilot license and started Curtis Wright Air Cargo Company. Later Curtis became an engineer with Lockheed Martin. Curtis’s passion was being a pilot. Curtis married Veda Carroll Tucker on April 7th, 1986. They raised three sons Brian, Curtis Jr., and Kevin. Curtis is preceded in death by his father Curtis E. Wright, his mother Myrtice E. Wright and his granddaughter and Great Granddaughter Paige and Kyleigh Altman. He is survived by his wife Veda, his three sons and their spouses, Brian and Denise Wright, Curtis Jr. and Tracy Wright and Kevin and Terri Wright, seven grandchildren Breann Wright, Tyler Trew, Taylore Evans, Joel and Samantha Browne, Sydnie Wright, Brandon Wright, and Faith Wright, two great grandchildren, Lilah Browne and Josiah Ortega and of course his fur baby Patty Cakes, as well as many nieces and nephews and close friends.

A celebration of life service will be held on Monday August 30th, 2021 at 7:00 P.M. at Faith City Church in Titusville, Flo. In lieu of flowers please send donations to Faith City Church at 3955 S.
