Cody Vann Batchelor

Cody Vann Batchelor: Titusville, Florida passed away suddenly on September 25, 2020.  Cody graduated Barber School as a Master Barber at the end of 2012.  He started working at Randy’s Haircut for Men in Gainesville, Florida.  Randy was a true friend and mentor to Cody for many years. 

Cody moved back to Titusville and began working for his Pops in the energy consulting business.  He enjoyed being with his Pops on a daily basis sharing love, stories, and their passion for sports. 

Cody had the heart of a giant, he never met a stranger, and made friends with everyone.  If you ever had the privilege of meeting Cody, you would never forget his infectious smile and his love for life.  He spent his life always wanting to help others, and would never say no to helping anyone. 

Cody will be missed by so many, whose lives he has touched. 

Our comfort comes by knowing his pain, suffering, and struggles are over and he is now free and in the arms of the lord.   

Cody was born August 4, 1987.  He is survived by his father Greg Batchelor, his mother Teresa Teague, and his dad Mark Teague.  Cody is also survived by his brother and sister in law Greg and Sarah Altman, along with his brother Jeremy Teague.  In addition, he is survived by his nephew Caden and his nieces Caitlin, Soleil, and Hazel. He is also survived by his Pop’s and Grandma, Gary and Barbara Altman, his Grandma Ila Tice, Grandma Martie Teague, as well as Grandma Jeanette Johnson.  He is also survived by his Uncle Gary and Ronnie Altman along with his Aunt Beth and Kenny McDade along with numerous cousins.  Cody was also survived by his fiancé Katherine Hilliar and her three children Kaytlin, Kameron, and Kyrenn.  Cody was proceeded in death by his Grandfather Arnold Batchelor and Allen (Bubba) Teague along with his beloved cousin Paige and her daughter Kyleigh.

Services will be held on Friday, October 2, 2020,  with a viewing beginning at 11:30 AM with a service starting at 12:00 PM at North Brevard Funeral Home, 1450 Norwood Avenue Titusville, Florida 32796.  Service will be officiated by Pastor Kevin Wright.  In lieu of flowers the family request that you make a donation in Cody’s name to The Walkabout Recovery Program through The Grove Church in Titusville, Florida.
