Christine Boland was born on July 31, 1931 in Galicia Poland, she went to be with Jesus on April 18, 2021. Our beloved Christine passed peacefully at Reflections of St. Francis Care Center leaving behind her beloved husband Donald Boland after 70 years of marriage. Christine is survived by five children, David Boland, Daniel Boland, Michael Boland, Connie Payne, and Cynthia Bodrogi. Additionally, she is survived by her brother Ihor Czorny, eight grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren. Christine joins her deceased son Thomas Boland in Gods loving care.

In 1950 Christine received a scholarship to Barry University in Miami, Florida because of her talent as a classical pianist. Christine also worked as a concert pianist with a radio program and she had a job playing popular music in a dance studio. While attending the first dance of the year at the university she met Donald and they married after a three-month romance. In 1952, Christine became a naturalized citizen of the United States.
Christine and Donald started a building business in North Miami Beach in 1953. In 1957, they
relocated to Titusville to build Whispering Lakes subdivision. Christine handled the sales of high-rise condominiums and homes that Donald was the contractor on while raising her six children.
Christine was encouraged under the direction of Father Tobin the assistant pastor of St. Teresa
Catholic Church to start Ministry to the Sick and so she did with a team of parishioners. After that Christine worked for the Diocese of Orlando for three years starting Ministries to the Sick in many parishes in the Diocese.
Christine earned two Masters Degrees one from Nova University in Counseling and the other in
Spirituality from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She then started a private
counseling practice Agape Counseling in Brevard County for sixteen years. Christine was an excellent public speaker and she would get invitations to speak on a variety of subjects.
Christine's most beloved hobbies were her love of animals especially cats; she also enjoyed going to the movies and reading novels. Christine loved to travel with her husband, children and closest family friend Father Eamon Tobin whom recently passed.
Christine was a selfless giver of her time and energy to the church and all of her family. Christine's kindness and compassion for her family and others in the community will be dearly missed. Christine our most beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother will be remembered for all that she sacrificed of herself for the community and us. Anyone considering a donation in her memory please consider St. Teresa Catholic Church and or Reflection of St. Francis for the Edward Poe Care Center in Titusville, Florida.
