Charles "Chuck" Filer

Charles “Chuck” W. Filer, 72, of Titusville passed away on Monday, November 09, 2020 while surrounded by his loving family. Born on August 20, 1948 to the late John and Peggy Filer, Chuck served are nation with great honor with the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged in 1970. Chuck was a member of the American Legion, Post 359, VFW Post 4228 and the Loyal Order of Moose 1962. He enjoyed Harley-Davidson and Jeeps but most of all he enjoyed his time as a loving husband, step-father and step-grandfather. Chuck will be greatly missed by his beloved wife of twenty years, Rhonda Gail Filer; step-sons Quinten John Farrell and Andre Farrell; grandchildren Aubrey Dee Farrell and Quinten John Farrell Jr.; sisters Diane (Jim) Henry, Peggy (Jim) Thomas, Cindy (Michael) Johnson and Sandy (Jim) Lewis. Chuck will be laid to rest at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in his name to National Homeless Veterans Support.
