Obituary

Carol Jean Berkshire Starkman passed away peacefully on February 21st at the age of 95. She was predeceased by her husband Phillip, USAF Retired, in 1977. She is survived by her two daughters, Cheryl Starkman Hess and Melanie Starkman. Service and burial will be held in Bridgeport, Illinois at a later date.
