Carol J O'Driscoll

Carol O’Driscoll age 78, of Titusville, FL passed away on Wednesday November 11, 2020. She was born on November 20, 1941 to Stuart S. Burrows Sr. and Helen Phelps in Oneonta, New York. She married Jerry O’Driscoll on September 14, 2001. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Stuart Jr. and Gordon Burrows and her husband Jerry O’Driscoll.

Carol worked many years preparing surgical trays at Fox Hospital in Oneonta. She loved baking wonderful deserts using recipes from her mother who was the pastry chef at the Oneonta Country Club. She traveled extensively in Europe while living with her brother Stuart and his family while they were stationed in Germany with the U.S. Army. She was well loved by her family, friends and co-workers.

Carol is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Interment will be in the family plot in Oneonta, New York.
