Betty J. Perry

Betty Perry, 85, died Friday May 11, 2018 at the Edward M. Poe Hospice Care Center. Betty was born in Birmingham, Alabama and came to Titusville in 1962 from Huntsville.

Betty worked at Walmart, Park Avenue Baptist Church and active with the Soap Box Derby, but of all of her jobs and hobbies, taking care of her family was most important.

Betty is survived by her children, daughter Sheila Perry, son Norman “Rodney” Perry, Jr. and his wife Angela all of Titusville, and daughter Teresa Bigbie and her husband Jim of Montgomery, Alabama; her grandchildren Will, Allison, Tyler, Jack, Trey and Austin; her great-grandchildren Hailey, Jackson, and Andrew; her sister Sidney Prince of Birmingham, AL, brother-in-law George Kirby and sister-in-law Geri Pergolini. Betty was preceded in death by her husband Norman “Rodney” Perry Sr. in 2015.

A celebration of Betty’s life will be held at 2pm Sunday May 20, 2018 at North Brevard Funeral Home.
