Andrew M Wilson

Andrew M Wilson, 76, joined his grandson Little Drew and his beloved Lord Jesus on Sunday, November 11, 2018 while surrounded by his loving family. Born on May 28, 1942 in Kildare, GA to the late Rufus and Ona Mae Wilson, Andrew served our nation with great honor with the US Air Force for over 20 years and retired in 1979. He would go on to work at the Space Center for 11 years working on the space shuttle program. Andrew enjoyed Braves baseball, Georgia Bulldogs football, vintage cars, model cars and going to car shows. Most of all he enjoyed his time growing ever closer to his Lord and Savior Jesus and as a loving husband, father, grandfather friend, patriot and especially loving on his four legged children. Other than his parents, Andrew is preceded in death by his in-laws Blanch and Roy Usher; grandson Andrew and niece Rochelle Tebeau. He will be greatly missed by his beloved wife of 57 years, Glenda; daughter Teresa Wilson; son Mark (Shena) Wilson, grandsons Nicholas and Timothy; brother Ellis (Rachel) Wilson; sister in-law June Chavous; brother in-law Charles Leon Usher and numerous nieces and nephews and best friend Gene (Lynn) Usher. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 11AM at North Brevard Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 10-11.
