Terence Irwin

Terence “Terry” Victor Irwin, 63 died January 7, 2018 at Central Florida Regional Hospital in Sanford. Terry was born December 19th, 1964 in Johannesburg, South Africa to Francis and Elizabeth Irwin. He came to the US at 6 years old and spent many of his years in the Bucks County, PA and New Jersey area. He then lived in Lancaster, PA for 7 years before moving to Lake Oneida in Central Square, NY, while spending his winters in Mims, FL, where he most recently resided.

Terry was a painter by trade and a delegate to the Painter’s Union in Philadelphia/New Jersey. He loved fishing, nature, Harley Davidsons, Eagles football, boats and dogs. Terry also loved cooking and he had a concern for the environment because of the fishing. He was an intelligent and handy man with an incredible humor.

Terry's generous nature meant that he always included others in his life adventures.  His friendly spirit touched all who met him.  His life was a testament to following one's own path.  And Terry's path was always a path that was creatively his.

Terry is survived by his daughters Stephanie Irwin and Laura Irwin both of Philadelphia, PA and sons Sam Irwin of Altamonte Springs, FL and David Irwin of Lancaster, PA and his brothers Donald Irwin of Medford, NJ and John Irwin of Morristown, NJ.
