Dear Gadapee family,
Dick was a great coworker and neighbor of mine for many years at Madison. We shared many laughs, stories, and solved life's problems. I do remember the special sparkle in his eyes whenever family was talked about. May your abundant memories be a source of strength to you. God bless.

Not only was Coach Gadapee my PE teacher, but we sat in the same pew as both Coach and Patsy. What touches my heart was I was an unkilled, langy youth, and would get what we call "Bullied" outside when we were picking teams, and playing the game, or even in the locker room. He kept this in check when he was my teacher/coach. He was an inspiration to me, and I looked up to him as my hero. I always praise those teachers and coaches for giving me a great role model. My sincere condolences and prayers to your family. I will be attending the service tomorrow in my "Sons of a Legion" as I am inducted to an officer to the SAL Squadron Post 1 in North Titusville. My wife will be offering a song as Coach and Patsy loved to hear my wife sing in Church.
