David Barrett Oldaker

David Barrett “Barry” Oldaker, 73, died Monday, January 22, 2018 at his home in Port St. John. Barry was born in Jefferson Co. Alabama but grew up in Charleston, WV. He came to Port St. John in 2001 from Charleston, WV. David was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He served as a truck driver for UPS for 31 years, first on a local route and then driving double trailers on feeder routes. He was a member of the Teamsters Local 175. He was a member of Coastal Community Church in Port St. John. Barry loved fishing and sports.

Barry is survived by his wife of 54 years Sarah; his daughter Joy Cantrell and her husband Tom of Port St. John; his son Barry Oldaker and his wife Stacey of Merritt Island; grandchildren Jeremy, Christopher, Ryan, Sarah, Bradley, and Carleigh; and his sister Virginia Pace of Dothan, Alabama.

A celebration of Barry’s life will be at 1pm Saturday January 27, 2018 at Coastal Community Church in Port St. John.
